Greece – Commercial Office Fit Out

Woodley Coles LLP carried out Pre and Post Contract Cost Management services for the creation of a new 6000 sqm commercial facility in Greece. The fit out was in a former retail outlet complex comprising four separate buildings, all of which were refurbished to the client’s design guidelines, including new furniture, security system and the latest audio-visual and IT equipment installations.

At an early stage, Woodley Coles LLP supported the client with the project strategy and decision making, including the financial analysis and operational cost forecasts for several possible new facilities prior to the final decision being taken.
