Zurich – Commercial Office Fit Out
Woodley Coles LLP carried out Pre and Post Contract Quantity Surveying services for the full re-design and refurbishment of 3 floors of our client’s owned commercial office building in Zurich. The intent was to create an open-plan, dynamic working environment to enable the business to consolidate into 3 of the building’s 7 floors as part of their sale and leaseback strategy.
The construction scope included the full strip out of enclosed offices and the construction of a modern, agile office space including multiple cafeterias, flexible meeting rooms, new server room and full MEP upgrades, compatible with the existing solid floor construction to enable future flexibility.
Woodley Coles LLP provided cost management support from an early stage, advising on the feasibility of the sale and leaseback strategy and the initial estimate for the refurbishment works through to the post contract cost management and successful agreement of the final account.
